Our jewelry can be paid with iDEAL and PayPal.

Dispatch
The Netherlands:
Orders are sent by letterbox post, so you do not have to be at home when your order is delivered.
We deliver to the Netherlands for free .

Delivery time
1 to 2 business days.
This is an indication. No rights can be derived. Please note: PostNL is very busy during public holidays, which means that you may have to wait longer than usual for your package.

Europe:
Our orders will be send via the letterbox, so you don't have to be home when your order arrives.
Shipping costs in Europe are: €3.50

Outside of Europe:
Our orders will be send via the letterbox, so you don't have to be home when your order arrives.
Shipping costs to the outside of Europe are: €3.50

Return
If you want to return your order, you can do so. You are entitled to this up to 14 days after the order.

exchange
Do you want to exchange your products for an item of the same price ? Write this in and we'll make sure the new jewelry comes your way!
Is it jewelry of a different amount ? Then you must order the new jewelery again and return the original order according to the above manual.

Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the case of a return. If a return package does not arrive, you must be able to provide proof of shipment. Non-identifiable returns cannot be processed.

refund
The amount due will be refunded to your account within 14 working days after we have received your package, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
Lunar Wolff reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are damaged or have not been returned within the set period.
